WOW! AMAZING! WE BROKE A RECORD FROM WINNING NHHS. Usually, a match can be finished in 1 hour +. But this Semi-Final match, we took an amazing 2 hours before we are done with this match.
VS.ing NHHS means I'm vs.ing my juniors, J n WL.
THIS SEMI-FINAL is seriously a hard fight.
First singles. We had a super scary match, in which we subsequently lost 2-3. But I know she did her best.
First doubles. I could see RVTT putting in much effort, despite losing 1-3.
2nd singles. Yes! That's me! If i lose, means it's all over. But it wasn't to be. My opponent is Ting Huan, formerly frm NHP too. I knew her style oreadys. I beat her 3-0, but it's obvious she is tougher than our previous meeting. Winning 3-0 means, i helped to salvage a major point, (no show off), but i partially 'saved' RVTT from being eliminated. So the current score is 1-2, with NHHS leading.
2nd doubles. WL + the ex-NYP chopper pair. Well i thought it would be a hard match to beat NHHS. But, I could see, YJ n YR (this YR is NOT yirong), they applied mental strategies and beat NHHS 3-1. HAHA! We leveled 2-2. So who gets into the final, will be decided by 3rd singles.
We were down and trail 0-2, but that didn't fully wash away our hopes of making it into final. Listen to coach's advice. In the end, we won 3-2 for this set and 3-2 for the major 5 points. Yes! We made it! Our efforts paid off well and sweet.
We'll face NYGH in the West Zone Final! Wish us best of luck!
